Before I started the sessions I just felt lost and was filled with anxiety. Throughout the sessions I have found many golden nuggets to implement in my life and I feel happier and lighter. Transitions are periods of change and can be challenging for many people. Some examples of transitional periods are: engagement, pregnancy, a new career, a move, or graduation from college.These are liminal zones where we often feel lost and ungrounded, unsure if we're making the "right choice."
